What can go wrong?

While it appears there are many things that can go wrong, they can usually be categorized into only a few groups.

Slowness of Computer – This will usually occur over a period of time, the result of extra Spyware being installed. Cleaning of the Spyware will return your computer to the speed it was when purchased, although it may appear to be slower then when originally bought (this is attributed to the perception of how fast the computer should be based on the growing speed of other computers around us). Damaged Operating System, Programs – This is most commonly the result of the damage caused by a virus running previously. Simply cleaning the virus from the affected computer(s) will not solve this problem, it can take up to a few hours to research the virus and determine how to repair the damage . Hardware No Longer Works – Heat is one of the worst things for electronics. Dust, dirt and poor ventilation will cause electronics and computer parts to overheat and cause damage.

As mobile consultants, we do not have an inventory of hardware to do extensive testing. If this is the case, we will offer to bring in your computer into a shop, or we will write down what we believe the issue is for you to use if you prefer to bring the computer into a shop yourself.

In any case, if there is a problem that we cannot fix, there is no charge for the time spent on that particular problem.
